1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, BERKAN VAY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the "Who Is Right" application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2. Description of Service

"Who Is Right" is an AI-powered application designed to facilitate discussions and provide insights. The app does not provide legally binding advice. All AI-generated content is informational and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

3. Subscription and Renewal

"Who Is Right" offers the following subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription
Monthly Subscription
Annual Subscription

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees, unless you opt out through your account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree:

To use it only for lawful purposes.
Not to attempt to reverse engineer, misuse, or manipulate the AI system.
To acknowledge that AI-generated content is informational and may contain inaccuracies.

5. No Data Collection

We do not collect or store any user data. All interactions with the AI occur in real-time and are not logged or retained.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the "Who Is Right" application—including AI models, user interface, and branding—are owned exclusively by BERKAN VAY. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

"Who Is Right" is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. BERKAN VAY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. Users are solely responsible for verifying any critical information independently.

8. Termination

BERKAN VAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time if you breach this Agreement or misuse the service.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Anadolu Adalet Sarayı courts.

10. Modifications to Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. The latest version will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
